Maui Juice Co. was founded on the belief that true wellness—physical, mental, and spiritual—begins with what we nourish our bodies with. I saw a need within the community for healthy, mindful options served in a space rooted in positivity and purpose. My mission was simple: to create something that not only tastes incredible but leaves you feeling deeply nourished—energized by nature’s power.

My journey into holistic health began years ago after falling ill due to my diet. Growing up in the countryside of South Carolina, I was surrounded by fresh, homegrown food—picking strawberries, stopping roadside for the sweetest peaches, and spending most of my childhood outdoors. Yet, like many, our meals were often laden with margarine, salt, and sugar. After my third colonoscopy and being told I would need pharmaceuticals for the rest of my life, I made it my mission to heal myself. I reached a turning point where I no longer wanted to live to eat—I wanted to eat to live. This shift in mindset led me down a path of discovery, where I fell in love with fueling my body with the highest-quality ingredients.

My yoga practice became a catalyst for deeper exploration, leading me to Northern India, where I studied Ayurvedic medicine while completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Rishikul Yogashala. Captivated by the holistic teachings, I extended my journey, immersing myself in the wisdom of Eastern medicine and philosophy. Extending my trip, I traveled to southwestern coast of India, where I completed an additional 300-hour certification at Kranti Yoga, deepening my understanding of Ayurveda, the body, and the eight limbs of yoga. My travels continued through Thailand and Indonesia, further expanding my knowledge of holistic healing and mindful living.

Since 2014, I have dedicated myself to continuous learning—through books, podcasts, mentors, farmers, and fellow juice bar owners. With every new insight, my passion for mindful, intentional living deepens. This love for wellness is what ultimately inspired me to launch my first juice and smoothie bar on wheels—a dream I had held for years. In March 2020, just days after the world shifted, we opened Gypsy Juice, our mobile juice trailer. What could have been an obstacle became our greatest blessing in disguise.

Since then, we’ve evolved, rebranded, and proudly opened the doors to Maui Juice Co.—our first storefront in Wailuku. With every step, we continue to plant our roots deeper, driven by purpose and passion. We are beyond grateful to be surrounded by a community that shares our vision and supports our journey.

At Maui Juice Co., we believe that mindful choices lead to a more vibrant life. Our space is more than a juice bar—it’s a place of connection, healing, and inspiration. Today I am symptom free of my original diagnosis, thanks to this business and Mother Nature’s Medicine.
